If you’re looking for a place to purchase a car this is it! We purchased a used Acura MDX for our growing family in July from Brewster Subaru. This experience went above and beyond all my expectations! it! We purchased a used Acura MDX for our growing family in July from Brewster Subaru. This experience went above and beyond all my expectations! The customer service is unmatched. Mitch was respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. All my concerns were sincerely acknowledged and addressed. I was treated with the utmost respect by Mitch and all the members of the Brewster Subaru team. As a woman, especially negotiating in this environment, this is not always the case. The purchase process also was easy and seamless! With 2 toddlers in tow this was very much appreciated. Even after we left we found the customer service to be unmatched. Just after the 30 day warranty ran out our battery on the car died. We reached out to Mitch to see if anything could be done. Brewster Subaru could have easily done nothing as it was out of warranty, but they didn’t. They chose to pay for the cost of the new battery. This is yet another testament to their superior customer service. Again if you’re looking for a place to purchase a new or used vehicle. This is the one!! More
