They charge an additional $2k or more and they tell you it’s not optional even though the contracts later on the price they will sell it to you for. Feeling: disappointed, disrespected, undervalued, ignored, and more…but you get the point. It’s all on me though. I allowed my friendship and emotions to enter into a business transaction.
