Our salesperson, Nathalie, drove over an hour away to retriev Shields, Moe Lakare and Matt Tannery at Concordville Subaru for going above and beyond. Our salesperson, Nathalie, drove over an hour away to retrieve our new car to make sure we could take possession according to our desired timeline. She was patient during our many visits and fielded a lot of questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about the various models and was always able to answer our questions or knew who to ask to get the answers. We were extremely confident in her skills. We were always greeted with a smile and she never placed any pressure on us to make a decision. We will refer Nathalie to all of our friends and family who are considering a Subaru. Sales Manager, John Shields, is another asset to Concordville. He was quick to jump in to help if Nathalie was tied up and helped immensely when we started to crunch the numbers. He is a gem. We met Operations Director, Moe Lamar, one evening and he again stepped in when we needed some things clarified. Lastly, Matt Tannery in the Finance Department was able to work with us on the finance end of things and did a great job explaining all of our options. He was clear and concise and we are so happy with the final price and financing. Concordville Subaru is a 10 out of 10 and we are looking forward to continuing our journey with them!! More

He called me days later asking me if i wanted to move forward with the deal. The hardest part of the deal was picking the color !! I saw this beautiful bright red Crosstrek and decision was made. I loved the ease of the entire process and the great deal I received, plus i love driving my new car. More
