When Management takes the time and effort to come talk to a new customer, I am impressed. I am sure I was one of many customers that came to your Dealership on Tuesday (10-30-23), but you made me feel that a new customer, I am impressed. I am sure I was one of many customers that came to your Dealership on Tuesday (10-30-23), but you made me feel that I was important. The purchase of my new (to me) SUV went very smoothly thanks to the efforts of your Dealership. I will return to have my car serviced and I anticipate that I will receive the same attention at that time. Because I am a woman, getting services makes me nervous as I don't know the "workings" of vehicles. and I have to depend on your personnel.
