I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. I have been leasing Ford vehicles for several years and have worked with Bob Paytas on all of my transactions. I have also had my vehicles serviced at Klaben Ford. When I need service I call Mona, She is sooooo nice, always has a smile and willing to help. When I call to make an appt for my Focus she always works around the date and time that fits my schedule.
