We have always been pleased with having our vehicles serviced here. This time we felt the communication and timeliness was not good. It took almost a week to get our vehicle back, and after we were told serviced here. This time we felt the communication and timeliness was not good. It took almost a week to get our vehicle back, and after we were told they needed a second day it did not start being looked at until 300 on the Friday of a holiday weekend. It was needed for further diagnosis on the following Tuesday and then Wednesday before figuring out the problem. Often we were calling instead of being more informed via text or receiving a call on the status. The communication was better once the problem was diagnosed. We will continue to use Gordie Boucher, but this time was not a great experience. More
