When I arrived at Mark Miller Alex had the cars ready for me to try. Ended up picking a 4 cylinder Limited Outback. Was in and out in less than two hours and was very pleased with the deal. The next day I even got a call from Alex to see it I had any questions about the car and if I had a safe trip back to Ely. More

Three days later, I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, and within two hours I was driving away in my first new car--fourth Subaru, of course. Not at all what I was expecting from a car buying experience I was braced for the typical car buying experience and was met with the exact opposite - no pressure, friendly staff, and I could shop at my pace. No Pressure Sales I drove to the dealership, knowing exactly what type of car that I wanted. However, I didn't know what I could afford. Shane did a great job getting I drove to the dealership, knowing exactly what type of car that I wanted. However, I didn't know what I could afford. Shane did a great job getting me interested in different cars in case I was unable to be financed for the WRX that I wanted, which is a good thing. I ended up being unable to get financed for the WRX that I originally wanted, however Shane mentioned to me that they had another WRX at the other location that was within my price range. We discussed it, and had somebody drive the car to our location. One look, and I was in love with it. I highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends, and will definitely return in a few years for yet another "upgrade". More
