Edit to yassss I first inquired about this car first thing in the morning, the receptionist was very nice and checked to see if the car was available. It was! She sa I first inquired about this car first thing in the morning, the receptionist was very nice and checked to see if the car was available. It was! She said it was being serviced currently and gave me an estimated time. I called back around that time to make sure and she was able to give me a better time. I came up, was greeted outside by my salesman! I was able to look at the car while they finished up with it, we went inside and did the paperwork, did the test drive, and they even gave the car a wash and detail before I took it home! I was only there for a couple hours. Very fast and friendly. They offered me snacks and coffee for my wait. Will definitely come back in the future when I’m ready for a new car! More

Finally! The car we wanted all along! Was in the process of buying another car and dealership was taking too long to give us answers. Meanwhile, Ganley West reached out in response to my internet inquiry. Went in to meet Allen after emailing a few times. Two days later we had the car we originally set out to get. Our long time Ford dealership didn’t even try to get us to our price point for the car we wanted. So glad we came in! Allen is a superstar! More
