I can't say enough good things about my experience in buying from Ganley! I got the BEST deal! I had the best sales consultant ever! Austin Simpson was awesome! A pleasure! He was so personable! I purchased a 2011 Ford Focus SE sedan in 2018 from Mark Rezzano. He was patient, professional, funny and down to earth. I returned for services and got a chance to meet Ashley and Nick. Friendly. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy a car while checking out cars, and when it came time for servicing, Ashley and Nick worked together and explained things upfront and verified things for me in advance. When it comes time for me to buy again, there is no doubt that Ganley West Ford and Mark Rezzano will be my first stop!!! More

The best sales deal and support I have had yet! After looking at Car Guru's website, I found the SUV I was looking for at a great price but was just a bit out of reach. The dealership is over 2.5 ho After looking at Car Guru's website, I found the SUV I was looking for at a great price but was just a bit out of reach. The dealership is over 2.5 hours away so the "Quick trip in to talk" was not an option. I contacted the dealer ship initially thought Car Guru's and they "they patched me through". With in 12 hours Ganley Ford West's internet manager contacted me and offered her contact information and several times she was available to talk over the phone if I was interested. It was refreshing to have someone acting in a truly professional and to the point manner. Next after some Q&A, she passed me along to Mike R. from the sales team who was always ready to answer any questions. We completed the price negotiation's, which i should mention were short, sweet, and to the point on both sides. We were about $1000.00 off and I was out of options. Then Mike suggested alternative financing when my bank told me they would finance most of the loan but not all. Mike pointed me to Ganley's online financing portal and provided me some needed information to complete the form. the process was Super fast and easy (took literally less than 5 minutes). With in 12 hours (over night so was actually more like 2 hours), I had my approval and the deal was set in motion. Mike was very responsive using both email and text which for me was efficient and handy. We basically completed most of the information sharing over the internet and text. When I arrived at the dealership everything was prepped and ready to go. I was on-site for MAYBE 45 minutes and had the deal completed and keys in hand ready to head home. The dealership provided fairly updated technology, a great and professional internet/sales/and finance team, and a large selection of quality vehicles. I would absolutely buy from them again! Keep up the Good Work! More
