Kia of Everett customer warning. Our experience with a new 2022 Kia Seltos started with a bad sign. The day we picked up our new vehicle, it needed to be boosted for us to drive Our experience with a new 2022 Kia Seltos started with a bad sign. The day we picked up our new vehicle, it needed to be boosted for us to drive home. In 3 and 1/2 years we have replaced the battery three times; including putting in a second genuine KIA $700 battery May of 2025. In May of 2025 Kia of Everett stated diagnostics did not reveal any electrical issue. Now in November 2025, after still not finding any issue or replacing a warrantied battery, their solution was to hook up a trickle charger to keep the battery charged. We see now why they are not BBB accredited. Dealing with Kia of Everett has not been easy, Very disappointing that they have not resolved the issue- and we purchased the extended warrant that should cover vehicle defects. More
