At first, nothing was available, and the closest match wasn't expected to arrive for a couple of months. Then Derek stepped in. While our salesperson, Joe, was on vacation, Derek personally called to let us know that the Range Rover qualified for the special financing rates that had just become available. The timing couldn't have been more challenging—we were leaving town in just a few days and assumed there was no way everything could come together in time. Derek proved us wrong.
