After several calls between Simon and my husband, we drove to Ft Myers Jaguar planning to purchase the F-Type convertible and while the paper work was being put together I saw a beautiful blue XJL and knew that was the Luxury car for me. He didn't even blink an eye when I changed my mind and the paperwork had to be started all over!! It didn't stop there. He has consistently proven he will accommodate after the sale. More

He LISTENED to us and tried to solve our issues and concerns. He put us first and went out of his way, more than once, to make sure our needs were met. We also met with Nick Del Negro a couple of times during our negotiating. He, like Simon, LISTENED to us and worked within his limitations to make sure we would become satisfied customers. Once we decided upon an automobile we were introduced to Morgan Kin, the finance manage. Morgan like Simon and Nick knew her business and made the financing process easy and pleasant. We thank Simon, Nick and Morgan for making a stressful situation a pleasant experience and highly recommend them and Jaguar of Ft Myers . More

Fort Myers Jaguar is fortunate to have these two very friendly and talented people representing them. Had some minor adjustments made to headlights and w/wipers, didn't get the name of the service tech but he fully understood what I wanted and took his time to make sure that I was completely satisfied. More
