The Naples dealership was very courteous, but since Fort Myers was not that far away I contacted them via phone to see what color cars were available & on their lot. I told Deborah the details on my trade and what I was looking for. She immediately got back with me via email and phone. The manager contacted me to confirm everything that same day. The next morning the general manager called me to give me an idea of cost. My husband & I drove to the dealership that afternoon and when we got there, they actually increased their bid on my car. No low ball offer on the phone and then surprise you when you get there! Just the opposite and they were so pleasant & accommodating. Our salesman pulled the car inside since it was raining, I dealt directly with manager in his office regarding financing options, then the finance manager was first class. Overall the experience was the best we have ever had buying a car! Very enjoyable! Super Professional! They go above & beyond your expectations! "The Four Seasons or Nordstrom" level of service; hmmm I might say even higher level of customer service. Give them a try before buying; you will be very impressed. More

I need to get in, get out, and get back to work. I've dealt with every kind of dealership, but I have never had the personal experience I had as was delivered to me by Land Rover of Fort Myers.Samantha was not pushy, and carefully listen to everything I told her,and then went out of her way to make things happen exactly the way I wanted them too. I was actually impressed with the people she works with I'm her boss all the way to the service department.I've never had a sales person or a dealership work as hard as they did for my business. They were trying to do much more than sell me a car, they were seriously taking steps to find a relationship that would last. I am a "car guy" and I think I have owned almost at least one model of almost every make there is over my lifetime. Believe me that 's a lot of cars! All of the people at Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers have been outstanding over the years. They have either matched or exceeded all other dealers on my trade in values as well as have been very generous with their discounts on new cars, ( including high demand vehicles that other dealers will not give anything off on ). Also, in a high turnover industry these folks seem to have a longevity of key personnel. To name a few: Dan Collins in sales, Nick Del Negro in sales management, Morgan Kin in finance and paperwork as well as Debra Conroy in internet inquiries. My wife who dreads car buying feels at home here. In short, these people have treated us wonderfully even though by my own admission I'm not an easy customer and do copious research and shopping around multiple dealers. I will definitely return when it's time to get my next vehicle. More
