From the time(8am) I drive through your bay door and waited in your very comfy chair in the waiting room I was treated with respect & thoughtfulness. I had an oil change in early august. Upon dropping the car off, I asked them to take a look at a seat belt that wouldn’t retract. Upon being told the car was done, I asked if they were able to fix the seatbelt. They said they didn’t have a tech available to look at it and I would have to return. Since I drive from an hour away that’s very inconvenient, I asked if instead I could call later ask them to submit a warranty claim once I understood whether another dealer had taken any action. Upon learning yet another dealer in Grand Rapids had taken no action on the issue, I called back on August 15th and asked if they would kindly submit a warranty claim against my Volvo extended warranty for the fix. The advisor said they would… it’s been two weeks and I’ve heard nothing. If this was the first instance it would be different, but this is the second time Maple Hill has not fully completed the work I’ve requested. More
