From the moment we called in inquiring about a GLC300, Samuel was a true professional. There were no high-pressure sales tactics nor were there any upsell items that crept in. When we came in, Samuel welcomed up and even gave us a call when we were on our way to make sure we had the right direction to their location. We saw a few options they had on hand and were able to test drive the vehicle. We made our decision to lease that day and spent the evening working through the paperwork. Duncan, helped us understand some issues around tax credits and explained how the payment schedule would work. Myleene helped get us through signing the documents so we could drive the car home that night. All around it was a great experience. We recommend MB of Portland if you are serious about an MB.
