Repeat Customer My first visit to Elk Grove Toyota was in November 2017. I searched the internet high and low for my perfect 2017 Camry. Pete responded to my email in My first visit to Elk Grove Toyota was in November 2017. I searched the internet high and low for my perfect 2017 Camry. Pete responded to my email inquiry about a specific Camry that was exactly what I was looking for. We negotiated a price (all via email) and set a date to come in. Unfortunately, it was Pete's day off...but he set me up with James. James is very friendly, professional, knowledge and honest...so much so, that we've since purchased two cars from James/E.G. Toyota - and we live an hour away! When we were in the market, we just reached out to James. He always responds quickly and answers all my crazy questions! James helped us with our purchase of a used 2010 Corolla for our daughter at New Years (2017), and with our sons first car purchase of a 2015 certified pre-owned Corolla last weekend. Nai assisted, for the finanace piece, in two of the three purchases (the third was purchased outright)...and was wonderful to work with! When I'm ready to upgrade my 2017 Camry....I'll most certainly be reaching out to James; and hope to work with Nai again! More

My Purchase of 2018 Prius C Two I was in the market for a 2nd car and was looking at an hatch back as i already had an SUV. This was our commute car so wanted a reliable car. We were looking for Prius C as its an hybrid and would save us gas money but we were also looking at Subaru Imprezza .We took a test drive of both the cars ad we liked Subaru a lot and decided that was our car. But we always take a day before making any major decisions.The next day we decided to take one more test drive of Prius and then go and buy Subaru. We came to Elk Grove Toyota and we were working with Jeremy. He was amazing but he was off. Bill helped us to get one more test drive and we changed our mind and we bought that car. It was a very pleasant experience. NO pressure to buying. He gave us ample amount of time to decide. He got us a very good deal as well. Thank you Bill and Jeremy and Nai. Regards, Shashi More

We started the process by emailing with James McGaha who was able to offer an excellent deal and was very quick to respond. When we went into the dealership he was gone for the day but Chris Ibarra took over and was great to work with. We couldn't get to the dealership until almost closing time and he stayed late to help us finish the deal, including the rest of the sales/finance team! Nai Saechao handled the signing process. He was friendly and easy to work with. On top of that, the receptionist who answered the phone and greeted us were professional and quick to get us to the right place. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Thanks again to the Toyota team! More
