Naim did not respond to any phone calls. I called 5 times between 1145 and 230 looking for information and a status of my service. Finally calling the main line I was able to get in touch wi I called 5 times between 1145 and 230 looking for information and a status of my service. Finally calling the main line I was able to get in touch with a woman who transfered me to Niam, again no answer. I called back and made her aware. She tried to reach him herself and could not. She also desribed the situation as a mess and said that the undercoating would not be done today because they forgot to coordinate it with the other toyota location in St. Albans.(I canceled the undercoat). She struggled to reach anyone in service who could help but had the service managers cell. She got in touch with him and put me through to him after having me on hold for 30 min. The service manager provided decent update on the status of the service. There was no issues found while diagnosing the brake issues I was experiencing. (Right rear wheel locking up). The service manager said if there was issue going forward to call him. He also said he would provide a rental if I wanted to schedule an undercoat at another time. Not sure I will want to return after today's experience. More

Managers seemed least informed about what was going on with my repair. Back order delays complicated the situation. I think we were all frustrated. They were helpful and did not even question me wanting the oil change done at 1200 miles. Maintenance is important to me and I wanted the break in oil changed early. And then I found it was included in m the oil change done at 1200 miles. Maintenance is important to me and I wanted the break in oil changed early.
