Nate Hull was our salesman and he's a good guy. I spoke to 2 gentlemen (one was Trey, other was Andre) who said they'd get me some info and call me back the same, or next day. They never called back. I was finally given the number to their title office at Cresmont Cadillac. I left a voicemail there, still no one returned my call. Even though we chose an Outback to replace our Crosstrek, (Crestmont didn't have a Tuscon that we wanted) I returned to Crestmont to test drive the Sonata and Kona. Ron's approach was refreshing. Not too much pressure but wanted to earn my business. His knowledge of all the vehicles and the features is exceptional. The finance processing was slow compared to Subaru. We took delivery on both cars on the same day and Subaru was just as thorough in explaining things but was about a half an hour faster in getting us to delivery point with sales. More
