I’m happy to report that security dodge went out or their way to right a wrong (brand new car was turned over with scratches all over the car). I’m impressed at their follow through and how simple they made way to right a wrong (brand new car was turned over with scratches all over the car). The amount of inventory is what every dealer should have. Staff was on target, pleasant and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to everyone. I meant to call corporate about Browns Service Dept but just never did it. Boy do I have story’s about them. I would turn everybody I meet away from Browns. The people there are rude and make you feel like you’ve done something wrong by bothering them with your vehicle when you bring it there! What a shame! I belong to a labor union and come into contact with a tremendous amount of people and I will definitely steer them away....sorry to go on a rant but the experiences that I had at Browns of Patchogue just left such a bad taste that I considered buying a Chevy or Ford or even Toyota next. Thank god I found Security Dodge! More
