Very disappointed Very seldom do I give negative reviews but this experience was bad enough to comment on it. We started off on the wrong foot right away when I was told I can purchase a car and leave with it that day. When I said let's do it, it suddenly was a problem. The check from my bank would take 48h to clear and they didn't want to hand over the car prior, a internal procedure they said. I thought it was weird that they didn't want to trust the funds to transfer since I was coming through a car buying program that exact bank offered and they participated in. Even the banker of my bank was questioning that. So bottom line I would have walked and now I am thinking maybe I should have. This being said, I wouldn't have left a negative comment about that though because Michael (the owners nephew) took care of that problem and allowed an exception based on my having been given the wrong information. Fair enough! However my disappointment with the all-around service I received continued. Misinformation, spent 9h at dealer when I was told it would take 3h, sales people constantly disappear, car was not detailed as promised (hairbands on windshield wiper lever, gum stuck in the side pockets, interior roof soiled and the list goes on...all things you don't notice when you finally get the car after dark and having spent all day at the dealership), also the bumper had a scratch that wasn't there upon inspecting the car prior to purchasing. The only light at the end of the tunnel was Natalie, she finally realized how long I had been at the dealership and offered me a cup of coffee after 7h or so. However, I was disappointed that when I reached out to her with my above concerns, as the customer relations manager I thought she was the right point of contact, but she didn't even deem it necessary to respond. I shouldn't have told anyone that I needed to leave town right after purchasing, guess that made them feel I wasn't going to do anything about all the above issues. The organization is a poor as well, Julissa still sends me regular emails asking me if I wish to buy a car. Again, I am very disappointed and wouldn't buy another car there or go back for my free service for that matter. More

Pre Owned Used Car/Near Death Experience Purchased a 2013 Certified Pre Owned Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I was told the car was inspected. 3 days later while driving on the highway at 60 mph a lou Purchased a 2013 Certified Pre Owned Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I was told the car was inspected. 3 days later while driving on the highway at 60 mph a loud bang occurred causing me to almost hit the median on the highway. I dropped the car off Sunday and was informed I wouldn’t be given a loaner car. In addition they gave me one after arguing and told me I’d be called the following day. No manager or anyone for that matter has called me and it’s been 48 hour. You’d think a manager would call after paying $6500 down or for the fact I almost crashed. The dealer did not check the rust rot on the car. I’m scared to pick up the car for me and any of my passengers safety. More

Management stayed it wasn’t their problem” After experiencing ongoing issues with my Cherokee, a member of the management team “Kate” told me the problem was not with the dealship it was with C After experiencing ongoing issues with my Cherokee, a member of the management team “Kate” told me the problem was not with the dealship it was with CHRYSLER after one of the mechanics failed to reinstall an oil cap and oil leaked all over my driveway after an oil change. This caused me to miss a day of work as a Jeep will not run without oil in it. This was just icing on the cake after 6 months of hassle. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone after all I went through with them. Natalie also let me know upon picking up my vehicle that she was too busy getting off work to speak to me, she had to go give her kids dinner. This is a poor example of a customer service manager. More

A dealership who had no regard for customers time or safety The Jeep I purchased here was faulty from the start. It recently required a new engine and transmission and to get these new parts took approximately The Jeep I purchased here was faulty from the start. It recently required a new engine and transmission and to get these new parts took approximately 6 months. This dealership does not take a customers time into consideration when scheduling them to come in for repairs or to pick up their cars. I honestly do not believe security dodge cares about their customers safety either. They kept telling me my Jeep was fixed but it still needed to be brought back for more repairs. I will never buy another car from security dodge. More
