I was very pleased with Kyle’s personal commitment to assisting me through the entire process. The unfortunate down fall of my less than great rating is the unmistakable fact that the safety inspected an assisting me through the entire process. The unfortunate down fall of my less than great rating is the unmistakable fact that the safety inspected and deemed passed vehicle I purchased was in fact not. Less than 2 hours into driving off of the lot my vehicle had 3 dash lights on and several mechanical issues that needed immediate attention. While they did fix the issues this was not the experience anyone would want to face after driving your new vehicle off the lot. I would recommend Tims Truck capital to others, with the disclaimer of having your own mechanic give your vehicle of interest an inspection of your own. More

Nate was very helpful and responsive both presale and post sale. Charlie, the person I worked with on the day of sale was non responsive. Fortunately Nate and Amber jumped in to help.
