Zero Stars I drove over 2 hours to look at a Ford Explorer. When I got there I told that there were up-charges for paint sealant which was around $1,800 and the 172 certification inspection was ano Explorer. When I got there I told that there were up-charges for paint sealant which was around $1,800 and the 172 certification inspection was another $1,400. I think that was the prices, I might have mixed up the price of the sealant and inspection because at the time I was SO mad I stopped listening. When you advertise a price, that should be the price of the car. First off, the car is used, I'm pretty sure the first person already paid for the sealant. If not, then why do I now, buying it used, have to pay for it? Another tip, when you are going to up-charge; just own it. Apologize for being misleading. Justifying up-charges to an advertised price is an insult to the customer and diminishes the reputation of the dealership. Sutton Ford lost a sale today. I hope they rethink the up-charges before they lose more sales. More
