My sales person Brian was nice and showed me several cars that day and I chose one and bought it. I am happy with my purchase but still encourage buyers to be aware of their Financial status and what they can and can't do and to stand up for what they want to do as far as financing your car goes. In the end I did get a good rate from the finance department but I was also pre qualified and knew where I stood. Nathan also helped alleviate my purchase anxiety with this as well. Good luck to all the other first time new car buyers out there! More

After having a lengthy discussion with the dealer, they now have accepted to make my elderly parents satisfied about the costs that they were initially charged by providing them with a concessionary refund. I went to Lou Fusz for the third time to buy a car, having bought a Sienna in 2000 and a Rav4 in 2005. The Rav4 has been a super reliable car, and except for the fact that we are giving it to our daughter, I would continue to drive it. We were helped at first by the manager, Nathan Pitchford, and then by Shane Roemer. Both were extremely helpful, had excellent "bedside manner", and spent the time needed with us as we looked at the Rav4s on the lot. When I went in on Monday to pick up the car, I spent a lot of time with Shane as we tried to unfreeze my credit. (Yes, it finally worked out on Tuesday.) He was helpful, didn't make me feel like I was in his way or taking up unnecessary time, etc. I was glad when I finally got my new Rav "tour" and could drive it off the lot that evening. Besides only buying Toyotas, this dealership will be the one to keep our business in the future. More
