I had inquired about a vehicle on line. . Nathan called to follow up on my interest. He seemed genuinely interested. The particular vehicle was not what I was originally wanting. Nathan too . After we hung up I continued to search for my vehicle of choice. After about one week, Nathan called stating that he had found my vehicle. It was exactly what I wanted with a price that I couldn't refuse. Upon walking into the dealership, I felt like I was part of the Cleveland family. I was greeted with smiles and everyone wanting to help. I had previously spoken to Matthew prior to my arrival. I felt like I had known him for the better part of my life. Matthew was an exceptional sales rep., and spent the time I needed to learn about the vehicle,, as well as, assured me that he was still there for any questions after I left. Alfred was exceptionally nice and professional, making sure that I had the extended warranties that made me feel more comfortable about my purchase. I never, once , felt pressured. It was overall a great experience, and I will highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. More

Alfred was an amazing leasing consultant. I have always been against leasing, but he made me feel comfortable in my decision. He was very detailed with explaining everything and made the visit personal versus making me feel like just another sale. Best Toyota dealership I’ve ever been to. This was my second purchase with them in two years! More

Communication from the first request, on information about a used truck, to the ringing of the bell was excellent. I first contacted Nathan Walker part of there internet sales team. He was prompt and quickly answered enough questions for me to take the next steps in making a decision to purchase. I went late to the dealership and met up with Ezquiel Jesurum. The truck was in their service department getting new tires inspected and fresh oil change. I was glad as I got to see vehicle before any detailing was done, wear on tires etc. I then set up an appointment with Ezequiel to test drive and move forward on purchase. The vehicle was reserved and ready for me to drive. I handed my keys to my truck to have evaluated my Joey Abdullah. I moved forward on the purchase of a new to me truck. Both Ezequiel and Joey understood I did not need a new truck as mine was serving me well. I knew what I had and Joey knew what he had and needed for a fair trade. I had a number in my head I wanted or I would walk. There was no back and forth. Joey came to we discussed and he made me an offer. It was what I was wanting to get for my truck. No I did not tell or indicate to either of them what I wanted to get. I appreciated it as I do not like game playing and back and forth as I just want to sign the paperwork and get my keys. Once the deal was made I went to the Finance Department where I was helped by Dylan Tanos. He took a little info from me and started the process. While he did his research to get me the best rate, I went to clean out my truck and move into my new to me truck. Once I was done the explaining and signing began. Dylan got me a great rate especially for a used 2015 vehicle. He knew I was not interested in any "fluff" protection or insurance. He did offer me a warranty protection (at my request) and explained all the options they had. I typically take no extended warranties or other protections, but with very low miles (29835) and the fact I keep my vehicles for a long time I decided to go with a package that fit my needs. Dylan was very informative and explained and answered all my questions. There is nothing fun about signing and reading numerous needed documents, but Dylan kept the process efficient and as painless as possible. The next working day I was reached out to by all Mangers from the General Manager, Sales Manager and Service Manager. Yes I know these can be "canned emails", but each gave me their personal cell numbers. I do not plan on using them but shows the confidence and there desire to maintain excellent Service. I did have a little issue with truck. I contacted Ezequiel and he set up an service appointment for me. This was resolved to my satisfaction. This is why I waited to complete this review, before making a broad statement about dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend Toyota of Cleveland for anyone's next purchase. New or Used the sales team was a head above the multiple dealerships I have personally worked with. Thank you to all who helped in the buying process! More

Our salesperson, Julien Allinder, was so gracious throughout the entire transaction. The financial person was great. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We began exploring the purchase of a 2021 Sienna in May and quickly realized there was a shortage of available new vehicles. In our search, we contacted 5 Toyota dealers within 100 miles or so either by ph and quickly realized there was a shortage of available new vehicles. In our search, we contacted 5 Toyota dealers within 100 miles or so either by phone, in person, or online. We encountered personnel who were either very aggressive and, frankly, pushy to others who confirmed the scarcity of vehicles and did not seem interested in trying to put forth the extra effort to find what we wanted. The most helpful dealership by far was Toyota of Cleveland. On our first visit with the dealership, we met Sales Consultant Taylor Alton and Trainee Tim Harris. Both of these gentlemen showed my husband and me the utmost respect and listened to the features we were looking for in a vehicle. Mr. Alton worked diligently with us in trying to find a van that would meet our needs. During the entire process of purchasing a vehicle, other members of the sales and internet team (Mr. Alvarado, Mr. Covington, Ms. Cofer, Mr. Walker) were also instrumental in answering questions. It became evident early in our search that to get the vehicle we wanted, a special order would have to be placed. With the assistance of Mr. Alton and Mr. Covington, we were able to order a new van in early June, and it was built to our specifications and delivered to the dealership the second week of August. During the wait period, Mr. Alton contacted us periodically to give us updates on how the build was progressing and to let us know an approximate delivery date. When we took possession of the vehicle, we came to the dealership with preapproval from our desired lending institution, where we dealt with Finance Director Tyler Ratledge. Again, Mr. Ratledge, like every member of the Toyota of Cleveland team, was kind, professional, and made us feel as if our business was appreciated. He thoroughly explained all of the paperwork and offered (without being pushy) options such as warranty and maintenance contracts available for purchase if we were interested. And, finally, I want to mention Mr. Monte Burney, the general manager of Toyota of Cleveland. He contacted us early in the process for feedback about our experience with his dealership. I responded about how impressed we were with his team. Shortly after giving our special order, we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Mr. Burney and the dealership thanking us for joining the Toyota of Cleveland family. Now, who does that? We were so grateful for this thoughtful act, and can honestly say this dealership really does make customers feel as if they are a part of their family. More
