Ok, I love my vehicle. When I flew down to Philly to pick it up everything went smoothly until I discovered the sound system was defective. This is my 6th Audi. They acknowledged the issue and tried numerous fixes immediately with no success. Parts had to be ordered. I was not happy at the time but also recognize that stuff happens.. The gave me a nice loaner and I drove home. Over the course of the next week they spend a ton of time getting it right, which they did. They kept me in the loop and 2 weeks later I met their driver half way and the car was as it should be. So, not so great at the beginning but Devon Audi and Frank and Bill made it right. You can tell the character of an organization when things don't go right. Do they cut and run? Or make it right? Devon Audi and their staff made it right and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them or to recommend them to a friend. They did the right thing the right way. More
