Jeff was very knowledgeable and when he didn't know something right away (I was buying an updated model in its first year out) he found out and got me the answer. Jeff was also prompt, courteous, and provided great advice and customer service. If I am in need of another Audi, I would go through Jeff again. Additionally, the purchase process was handled very well by Nathan - there's always too many pieces of paper but that's the state of PA - but the process was done efficiently and Nathan was very pleasant to work with. David Beifeld (salesperson) worked with me to get the deal I was looking I went in with a strong idea of what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. All of my questions were answered throughout the purchasing process and any voicemails/emails I sent were returned promptly. I now feel that I could call David or anyone at the dealership if I should have ever any concerns and that someone would do their best to quickly address them. Again, I drove off the lot with the car I wanted at a fair price — and that is what any customer should expect/the most important factor. The only recommendation for improvement I would give the dealership is to prep/clean the inside windows a little better. I didn’t realize until driving the next day when it was sunny, but there was a lot of smears/streaks on the insides. Not a big deal (I cleaned them off myself within 15 minutes and now they look great) - but that would be the only critique I would give the dealership. More
