We worked mainly with Gary Smith, our Audi Brand Specialist, and I would not consider purchasing an Audi from anyone else. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes the time to listen to your needs, which are traits that are not as common as you might think in a salesperson. It is refreshing to work with someone with over 30 years of experience at the same dealership, which is an indication that the management team there is obviously doing something right. At no time did Gary, Leo, Nathan, or anyone at the dealership make you feel like it was "all about them" and meeting monthly sales goals, which was unfortunately our experience at some competing local dealerships that we've worked with in the past. In fact, even though we got "a better deal" at another location, we were willing to pay a few dollars more for our vehicle due to the professionalism demonstrated through the sales process and the respect that we have for the Audi Devon team.
