Poor communication with staff Had an appointment at 11 am but called to reschedule it for 1 pm instead. I was told ok no problem. Then when I got there no one even knew of my appointment. Tried to find someone in service department but there was no one there. After about 10-15 minutes waiting in the drive they area , I walked inside to see what was going on. I was told they did not have me on the schedule & they were all booked up. I only needed a new tire put on as I had the tire warranty & had a nail in my tire My salesperson then demanded they take me , however it would be 2-3 hours ! They offered to Uber us somewhere. So we had to make the best of it & go to lunch It just seems every time I go to get service there is an issue. More
