Will choose another dealership next time I feel that buying a new car is such a stressful situation and this dealership makes it even worse. They are still using the antiquated process where I feel that buying a new car is such a stressful situation and this dealership makes it even worse. They are still using the antiquated process where you tell the salesperson what you think is a fair price to pay for the new car and they go to the sales office to see if that price is accepted. Which of course it is not but probably the price was not even discussed as they perform the old dealer/buyer dance. By the time they wear you down with multiple trip you surrender just to end the pain. This car is my 5th BMW and the second one bought from this dealership. Those facts were mentioned to me once. I have never met the owner nor the head salesperson. They are just the mystery people in the big office. I would think as a multiple time repeat customer I would at least be greeted by one of the upper management staff. I thought I had done enough research online to offer a fair price. I certainly was not trying to gouge the dealership.But I was made to feel like I had. There are other dealers close to my area and for my next purchase I will be contacting one of them first. More

Great experience and more! We came in to look at a used convertible but realized it was not the right fit for our lives, and changed to a 5 series sedan. Our salesperson, NayColle, was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the 3 and 5 series, without being technical. We told her exactly the color combination we wanted, price point, and she found it and let us know about it in one week. We appreciated the one price methodology for used car pricing, as it is not tiring. The delivery process was thorough and professional (loved the touch screen signing process!), training on the new car was excellent, we are very happy. Thank you Caz, NayColle, and Tim. When you buy a BMW you have expectations of upgraded service and professionalism and you delivered. You have an excellent team Victor! More
