We were, however, disappointed with the factory itself in that they accepted and responded to a change we requested on our Jeep order. When the vehicle we ordered arrived, the requested changes were not made on the vehicle despite the factory confirming they would apply them. Lew took action and worked with his manager Neal to make things right for us and we couldn't be happier with him and the dealership. Excellent job of their part and we will recommend them to our friends. Way to go Crown! Thanks for making things right! More

2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Compliments going out to Neil (Sales Manager) and Everrett (Sales Representative) for their efforts in assisting me in the ISG buyback process. Upon Compliments going out to Neil (Sales Manager) and Everrett (Sales Representative) for their efforts in assisting me in the ISG buyback process. Upon approval by ISG, Neil and I sat down to find a new 2015 vehicle with the options that I wanted. After searching we could not come up with one that suited my needs. Neil then offered to order a 2016 year model for me with the options that I was looking for. Neal's communication was vital to get this process moving forward. After the vehicle came in Neil worked with ISG submitting the paperwork needed to complete the transfer. Neil is at the top of his profession in what he does. Everrett had the vehicle cleaned and ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. He went through all the new items in the Jeep and even paired my new phone for me. I can highly recommend both these gentleman to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. They treat people like they would want to be treated. A great experience close to home! I've been an avid Jeep owner since 1996. In the past 18 years, I've owned a jeep, except for a 2 year period where I drove a Sebring. So, I've come to have high expectations of Jeep and those who sell them. Living in Dublin, Crown certainly is very convenient for me, but I worried that deals would be tougher to come by in this higher SES community. Yesterday, I decided it was finally time to trade in my 2006 Commander for a shiny new model. So, I stopped in at Crown mid-morning to see what my options were. I was greeted by General Sales Manager Neal Linkhorn, who connected me with Craig, my salesman. Craig and I talked about my previous jeeps and what I was looking for in my next vehicle. Based on that, we went out for a test drive in a 2015 Grand Cherokee. I was amazed at the features and the ride that had been developed since my 2006 Commander. When we returned to the dealership, Craig worked with me and a price that was affordable, linking in Neal (GSM) for his ideas and final approval. There was no haggling, no pressure, and they gave me VERY affordable options from the get go. I was sold. Wrapping up the experience, in finance, Ashli couldn't have been more personable or helpful. She made the the process quick and enjoyable. In the past, I've taken my jeeps to Crown for service, but never to purchase one. The whole experience was terrific, from start to finish. My compliments to all. From GM, Marc Wigler, to Neal, to Craig...and finally to Ashli. I'll definitely purchase another vehicle from Crown. More

Ordering Challenger Hellcat Made Easy I came in last night after working all day and parked a 10 year old cargo work van in the parking lot. I was greeted by Frank Eastman who was respectful and extremely courteous even after I told him I was interested in purchasing a 2015 Challenger Hellcat. Note that I probably did not fit the stereotype that would walk in looking to buy a 60k car. Frank began to assist with the ordering process and was very knowledgable. Halfway through the process I met the manager Neal Linkhorn who was just as polite and helpful. This was my first new car purchase however, I have owned over 30 cars mostly Mustangs. Frank and Neal went out of their way, especially in regards to financing, to provide a stress free enjoyable experience! I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
