"Salesperson not customer focused"
Salesperson was not motivated to insure that we as a customer were satisfied with the purchase as it related in financing at time as sale.

I live 100+ miles away from the Pekin but made the trip because of an internet inquiry. We were fortunate enough to have Neal Shryock respond to the inquiry and, based upon a timely response, decided to make the trip to Fort's Toyota. When we arrived, Neal met us at the door.
We were looking at a particular vehicle and Neal spent more than two hours talking about the model in general, showing us the specific vehicle, features, etc., and acquainting us with the dealership. He was honest and candid throughout. No pressure to buy but Neal offered any assistance he could in the future and wished us well in our search for a car. All-around pleasant experience and we won't hesitate to return. Only wish Fort's Toyota was closer to our home!

Neal knew all the answer to our question about our first hybrid. Very knowledgeable on the test drive. Fort's had the color we were looking for.

Neal was a great sales person and answered all my questions when asked. I never felt pressured into buying and he worked hard to meet my needs. My new vehicle was clean and ready to go when I came to pick it up. I would totally buy from them again.
