My purchase was done over the phone and internet due to Covid. Jeff was very helpful and it was a unique way to buy a car. Nealy is absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, professional, honest and fun to work with! She made my big birthday purchase incredibly special. When we showed up at the dealership she had decorate professional, honest and fun to work with! She made my big birthday purchase incredibly special. When we showed up at the dealership she had decorated my new car with streamers, balloons and welcomed me with a birthday button! :) Honestly, prior to going to Suburu on Grand I had a terrible experience at a different dealership. If it wasn't for Nealy, I would not have purchased my Ascent! She is who you want to work with! Trust me, you won't regret it. More

Nealy Anderson was AHH-Mazing!!And these are the things Nealy Anderson was AHH-Mazing!! And these are the things that made a difference for me... I ended up working with Nealy. She was an a-z. One per Nealy Anderson was AHH-Mazing!! And these are the things that made a difference for me... I ended up working with Nealy. She was an a-z. One person from the internet, to sales, to delivery of the vehicle etc. Very smooth process. I liked not being handed off to other sales team members. Nealy, also offered texting to chat about the vehicle and any questions in her first communication. That was huge!!! Probably one of the biggest differences. She texted me like a person I met at a gathering, not like someone selling stuff. Like a new acquaintance l met, who just so happens to know details about cars I'm interested in. I felt at ease, and it was nice without the standard cheap-sales pressure. Nealy, was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we discussed, the package options for them, as well as about the inventory available at the time. Email can be a pain, and talking on the phone is not always an option, so her combination of text, phone and email was perfect! She didn't hesitate to disclose, MSRP, invoice & she cut to the chase on best numbers on several different models and even sent me a bill of sale to review before I even walked in the door. Nealy, had a no pressure demeanor, and yet maintained great, friendly, casual and comfortable communications via text, email and whenever we spoke over the phone. She was a person of excellence when we met in person as well. Also, I was able to get the exact vehicle window sticker, vin etc. & submit all my finance docs, IDs, & insurance cards with her online. I literally got to walk in, test drive, then sign the finance paperwork for the exact car we discussed. Nealy was fearless in her "showing of cards" & her forthright-nature quickly built trust and rapport with me. Extended warranty and other add on options were thoroughly explained and yet I felt comfortable to decline those options that were not a good fit for me. These discussions were completed without having the good rapport suffer as a result of my decision to decline. Even if another dealer offered the same car for less, I would have followed through with Grand because of the friendly, knowledgeable communications and the trust Nealy had built during our discussions. In fact, we literally had to drive right past the dealer where we purchased two previous Subaru’s, on our way to Grand. This is a wonderful dealership with great employees! We are so happy to have purchased our 3rd Subaru here!! More

The best dealership in town! They know the pulse of the customers and how to deal with them. I had the worst of experiences before with multiple different dealers, but Grand Subaru made sure I do not face customers and how to deal with them. I had the worst of experiences before with multiple different dealers, but Grand Subaru made sure I do not face that. Not on their watch! Nealy and Linda were excellent with their service and I would definitely recommend anyone blindly! No one tried to sell unwanted stuff, unwanted packages or services. No hidden charges or no tricks.
