My appointment began on time and every person I dealt with went above and beyond to assist me, answer questions and get me into a vehicle that was right for me and within my budget. Mitch, the salesperson; Dale, the business manager; and Neil the GM were excellent and focused on helping me out. Best car purchasing experience ever! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The entire process was smooth and efficient. (Even other staff I wasn't working with greeted me as they passed by in the hallway). If you're car shopping I highly recommend starting with Luther Nissan Kia in Inver Grove Heights. You will be amazed. More
