Overall the experience was a positive one. It was a very busy day at the dealership. My hubs and I were very glad we got there early. I was happy to deal with 2 women instead of the usual male car salesman. busy day at the dealership. My hubs and I were very glad we got there early. I was happy to deal with 2 women instead of the usual male car salesman. Although I did get a little "worked over" in the typical way car dealers do. So annoying. Do they think we aren't hip to that "gotta ask my manager" back and forth game? Seriously, just stop with that. In the end I got the deal I expected and drove away with my desired vehicle. It took 7 hours to do it! But I got it done. Nelli was running raged. Seems like they could use a few more sales/ manager people to handle their customer load. I do have one complaint. It seems no one went over a checklist to ensure I got everything in my package. I bought a curtesy car for a very good deal. It was missing the tono cover which I didn't realize was missing till getting home and a few days passing. Nelli did take care of this and has one on order for me. All is well that ends well. More

Nelli was the best sales advisor i’ve met! Getting a new car is always such a stressful process, but not this time. We went two days ago to get a new BMW for my mom and Nelli helped us. She is very sweet an car is always such a stressful process, but not this time. We went two days ago to get a new BMW for my mom and Nelli helped us. She is very sweet and knowledgeable! We had a trade in so she helped us with that too. She had the car ready for us to test drive when we got there , and the whole paperwork process was quick and easy. The managers are snobby, they walk by and stare you down!, even though you are there buying a $71k vehicle!! They don’t want to negotiate, are 100% content if you pay MSRP, are super stingy with their down!, even though you are there buying a $71k vehicle!! They don’t want to negotiate, are 100% content if you pay MSRP, are super stingy with their BMW loyalty discount when purchasing a new vehicle. Overall experience was poor, I’m giving 3 starts because they had the vehicle in the color combo I wanted and Nelli from sales sept was great! More
