When paying for the service, I mentioned the discrepancy in the charge to the woman at the checkout window. She went to speak with someone in the service center, came back and said that the original point person, Nelly, had left and no one else was available. She asked if someone could call me to discuss and I said yes, but I never received a call. Had someone from the dealership addressed this issue at the time, there likely would not have been an issue. I am not unreasonable but was given a break on the price and was disappointed that it was not applied in the end, as stated. Sure, someone can call but not sure what could come of it.
