Anthony Pilla sold me my last two cars; in each transaction he demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and personal commitment from day 1 through delivery and beyond (as needed). Rich Johnson handled my most recent close and was very thorough and personable. Lastly, Nelson Demelo gets big points for remembering long-ago customers, whether they are in the sales department or waiting in the service area (which is also terrific, by the way). Brewster Subaru's soft-sell approach is most appreciated: sharing the whys behind recommendations and giving customers credit for making purchase decisions that suit them best. More

After looking over my budget and doing a test drive in a new vehicle, Roy told me to take some time to make a decision and if I had decided to pick a vehicle, he'd be there to assist me through every step of the way. A couple days later, I called Roy and gave him the good news; I wanted a brand new Subaru. The car was shipped from another dealership a couple of hours away and I was to pick it up the very next day. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Roy pulled me aside to show me a flaw on the car I may not have noticed until after I left the lot. This flaw which occurred while the vehicle was at the previous dealership was more than enough for me to decide I'd need a different car. Although this car in this color with these particular features was incredibly rare (not another was for sale in the country at the time), Roy and General Manager, Nelson Demelo, made it right. Roy and Nelson sat down with me for over an hour to help weigh my options and worked endlessly to give me a deal on a brand new car that was even more than I could have asked for in the first place. The transparency, honesty, integrity, and authenticity of Roy, Nelson, and all of those at Brewster Subaru is the reason my family has purchased 4 Subarus from Brewster Subaru. Not anywhere else in the country will you find a dealership which takes you in and treats you like family from day number one. From a car buying experience which could have ended with complete distaste and dissatisfaction ended with my expectations being far exceeded. Roy Schiller and Nelson Demelo far exceeded each and every one of my expectations and I now feel like I gained new family members. The entire process was stress free with no pressure sales tactics, we really value their honesty and being up front during the whole process. Their price quote was fair and reasonable. My husband and I already knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in which made the process fairly seamless but we also would have walked it we didn't like the people. Anthony and Rich made sure we new all our options but never pushed anything on us. Anthony even stayed with us well past closing to make sure we understood all the features of our new car. He far exceeded our expectations. I never met Joe but I work with his mom and he gave me additional info that helped me decide to buy a extra features before finalizing the sale with Rich. One could argue that Subarus sell themselves in the NE but these guys made me enjoy the process. More
