Even when we went back and told another dealer our price, he recommended we take it at Brewster Subaru!!! That was just the beginning of our Subaru experience. We met with General Mgr, Nelson Demelo who gave us our pricing. He was so easy to talk to and answered all our questions honestly and efficiently...and as a bonus was very funny!!! We did feel like family. Our salesman Anthony Pilla was knowledgeable and took an amazing amount of time with us!!!..and again...was incredibly funny!! Rich Johnson was precise and knowledgeable and spent over an hour with us...we went through each paper and he answered all out questions...we chatted and had...fun!! This was the easiest, most pain free and money saving car buying experience I have ever had....amazingly EVERYONE we met was nice ...and incredibly FUNNY! Having time to reflect on my buying experience, I realized over the 8 cars I've purchased in my lifetime, I have never felt so happy and comfortable with the process. I can honestly say, the staff, leadership, and quality of the office space and environment, is second to none. Nelson, the General Manager, is the real deal when it comes to professionalism, creativity, patience and first class service.
