I brought my Jeep in for service, but it sat for 11 days without being looked at, which forced me to cover the cost of a rental car myself. After doing the work they did, they forgot to align my car. I left and drove it home. My steering wheel was facing left instead of being straight. I took it back. The did an alignment and I left.
