I bought a used truck from them and with less than 11k miles I have put over $5,000 into repairs and the warranty they sold me for $2,800 has paid out less than $200. Nic Chuenchit the sales manager I spoke with two weeks ago told me that is not how they treat customers. Sent me an e-mail so we could work something out and now WON'T EMAIL ME BACK! Purchase of a 2019 Subaru Outback If my wife and I could give Valley Subaru 10 stars we would. We traded in our 2017 Outback, for a 2019 Outback on May 2, and we bought both of them a If my wife and I could give Valley Subaru 10 stars we would. We traded in our 2017 Outback, for a 2019 Outback on May 2, and we bought both of them at Valley. We took our 2017 Outback in for an oil change in April and I asked the Nic, the sales manager, if he would do a walk around assessment of the car for its trade in value. He agreed and his price matched the two on line price assessments I got a week earlier. At that time, he introduced us to a salesperson, whose name is Covenant. Our buying experience on 5/2: Because we didn’t need to test drive the new car and the trade in value was known, the buying process was very fast. We arrived at Valley at 10:30 and left with our new car at 11:45. Many kudos to Covenant, Adam the finance director and Nic. Also, we’ve worked with the service department for the last two and a half years for oil changes and computer updates and the work has always been on time and well done. More

Our most recent leasing decision involved evaluating several different models before we eventually settled on leasing identical 2019 Crosstreks for my wife and myself. It was a "well considered" decision to say the least, one that exhausted us, but not our salesman, Jorge Salcido, or Jason McQueen, the sales manager. Those two couldn't have been better to work with, setting the standard for diligence and trustworthiness. We've purchased and/or leased several times through Jorge and both his knowledge and attitude are exemplary, His only quality that exceeded those was his patience! Jorge was amazingly pleasant, thorough and thoughtful. Then when it came time to seal the deal, the sales manager, Jason, and the rest of the team stepped up to make it happen painlessly. I can't imagine a better place to buy a car or a better team to work with than the quality folks at Valley Subaru of Longmont! More

As a buyer, it's a big decision to purchase a vehicle.....one which requires patience, thought and evaluation, on a number of other different dealer/brands and models. We spent a good portion of the morning with Nick looking over the features and test driving. Then he and Management allowed us to leave and go offsite to discuss. (We were gone well into the afternoon.) With the promise that the specific vehicle we were interested in, would not be sold out from under us. When we came back...we closed the deal within a couple of hours and drove out with our new Subaru "Ascent"......and certainly the feeling we made the right choice !!!! More

They were informative, timely, and made sure I got the best deal possible. The buying process can be lengthy and grueling at times, but never once did I feel that way while at Valley. As I drove the car off the dealers lot after the bra was installed, I noticed a bubble on the hood. Upon checking said bubble, I found a piece of the clear bra material stuck to the hood of the car between the hood scoop and the windshield. I went back to the dealership and showed this to the sales manager Nic. After I got home I found installation TRASH in the trunk!!! As of this time I have NO!! confidence in the installation of the clear bra! I would suggest the dealer find another clear bar installer. I sincerely hope this is the only issue I have with this car. More

This was not an easy decision since I had been driving German vehicles since 1978! I walked into to Valley Subaru only because it was convenient to my home. As I was pulling in I could see the salesmen sort seated in their bull pen in the front the store. One in particular was watching for potential new customers as the entered the lot, Nick Tolley. He was standing beside my car almost before I parked. He had a great way...helpful, courteous, confident but arrogant or brash. We connected quickly. I had done some research on the web and I knew exactly what I wanted. We just need color, price and to locate a vehicle. He was all in and had a tremendous sense of urgency to meet my needs. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and Nick impressed me as an individual who is a "round peg in round hole". He likes what he is doing. Has good sense of people, enjoys selling cars, and enjoys a good sale! I would certainly buy from him again. Additionally, Sales Manager Nick was very accommodating in that he provided me a loaner during my down time between when I turned in my prior leased car and when my picked up my new Outback. I leased my car and that end was handled quickly and efficiently, certainly keeping my time in mind. Patrick, my Service Manager, has been terrifically friendly and accommodating. I look forward to a good relationship with Valley Subaru over the next few years and beyond. More
