Jay is not a true salesman. He was making another sale while taking us on a test drive. The far worse buying experience that I've experience. 3 weeks after signing the sale, and about to make my first payment, I still have a non working vehicle sitting in my garage. Many promises to call me back never happen, and I keep receiving conflicting information from different individuals. Bowen our salesperson did such a great job helping us, but he got the rest of the team ruin all his efforts. Worst service overall. More

I purchased a brand new Jeep Cherokee , had not had the jeep 2 weeks and a light came on that said service shifter , took it in to the them to look at and was told they would have to order the part to fix jeep 2 weeks and a light came on that said service shifter , took it in to the them to look at and was told they would have to order the part to fix it . I was given my car back to drive it while waiting for the part to come in but noticed where they took the dash apart at , they left screws loose and the sport button was jammed , which this was not like this before it went to service . I immediately notified service and one of the owners ( Jody Cruce). They got my jeep back in to fix it , while dropping it off to service , the service advisor name Kimberly was very rude , her co worker name Ritchie noticed how she was being rude and intervened to assist me . They fixed it within a few hrs ( supposedly) ! Well two days after getting it back I kept complaining to them that the jeep seems not to be shifting gears correctly and struggling to drive no matter how much I push the gas. The owner ( Jody Cruce & Nick Barron the GSM ) ignored my complaint and act as if I was aggravating them . The next day my jeep came to a complete stop on 75 north in the middle of traffic , it would not even crank back up .Almost caused a crash on 75 north . I had to call the hero truck and then have it towed . I will never use Palmer Dodge for any service repair , nor will I ever buy a car from them again .The owner tried to pretend like he was interested in making sure the jeep was fixed but clearly was not . I had been calling his phone for the last 2 weeks now only for him to be sending me to voicemail . I will be reporting this to Lemon law / State / Jeep/ Stellantis . Worse experience I’ve ever encountered with a brand new vehicle . NEVER GO TO PALMER DODGE located at 11460 Alpharetta Hwy ! More

After 4 prior new car Experience a I would describes this as my absolute worst car by experience. I purchased my vehicle and it spent its first week at the delish due to them not addressing numerous is this as my absolute worst car by experience. I purchased my vehicle and it spent its first week at the delish due to them not addressing numerous issues. Now 2 weeks after my purchase I have been to the dealership 4 times with my 5th appointment to address moving issues scheduled for Wednesday. The sales department will push you to purchase the vehicle and have you test drive it and go straight inside and make you feel pressured to go inside and spend no time looking at the vehicle you’re interested in. Once your sale is complete good luck getting any support or a call back from anyone. The service department is much better but I feel the influence of the sales department. My vehicle went back under the guidance of the general manger and came backs twice with issues to include a nail in the tire from the dealership to which they told me no issues. In actuality they had maxed my tire pressure in what I can assume was hope of me not noticing the ongoing unrepairable leaks that they ultimately had to replace the tire at their expense after I addressed The Prime after Two separate visits. I am now on my 5th visit and have had requested a call back from the general manger and get no response. I have A terrible water leak that I now feel was a know issue like the last 4 issues I’ve had. This dealership will hope you don’t notice a problem until after they can charge you for it then pretend they’re doing you the favor by trying to make it right. But ultimately, they still will fall short. More
