Costs are above what non-dealerships charge, but for once or twice a year, probably worth paying a little more to get Acura-specific parts and service. If prices get too high, there are alternative service opportunities just down the street. More

recall--fuel system recall notice said service would be 30-60 min. took almost 2 hours just for computer check. Service at Jackson When it comes to servicing my vehicle I love taking it to Jackson Acura. If I don't have an appointment for a regular maintenance, it usually doesn't When it comes to servicing my vehicle I love taking it to Jackson Acura. If I don't have an appointment for a regular maintenance, it usually doesn't take very long. The waiting room is very nice and if I bring my computer, there is internet access, coffee and snacks. My service technician, Nick Covino is the best. He really ensures that I get the best of service. He is professional and prompt in letting me know of conditions of my car. More
