The employee that is seated 2 doors to the left of Nick Covino’s office needs to be more careful about his tone of voice. Excellent service is always expected at any Acura dealership but exceptional service is what I expect from Jackson Acura! I don’t ever want to hear any Acura employee speaking outside of their natural tone of voice in any office ever again! I was fully satisfied with Nick Covino’s service. Thank you Jackson Acura! More

GOOD EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH First of all, I work in the car business, so I always pay attention when I visit any dealership. The folks at Jackson Acura are top notch. It's easy First of all, I work in the car business, so I always pay attention when I visit any dealership. The folks at Jackson Acura are top notch. It's easy to set appointments with them on line, on the Acura app, or even by phone. Nick Covino was my service advisor, and he did a great job explaining what needed to be done. The whole process took maybe an hour (got there at 7:30, left before 8:45). They text you when your vehicle is ready and you even have the option to pay on your phone. I would highly recommend these folks for any service needs if you have an Acura. More

Incomplete repair Less than 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, a part came loose and was making the worst noise I'd ever heard. Went back to the dealership and had it repaired immediately, but am frustrated that such an event occurred and I'm not confident that it was repaired accurately as I am still hearing a strange noice. Frustrating since I paid $$$ in labor fees for the repairs I asked of them. More
