Exceptional customer service!! Check in process was quick, efficient, and professional. Nick Covino greeted me and offered a welcoming greeting! The service was done within the time frame offered. All work requested was done. The vehicle was washed, and there was no greasy markings within and outside of the vehicle. Great service. I recently moved to Georgia and had a great first experience at Jackson Aura. They communicated clearly, competed the work on schedule, and washed/vac I recently moved to Georgia and had a great first experience at Jackson Aura. They communicated clearly, competed the work on schedule, and washed/vacuumed my MDX. Additionally, when I mentioned to Nick, my customer service representative, a problem that I had been having with voice commands to my iPhone, using Bluetooth, he was able to immediately fix the problem by adjusting my phone settings. Nick and the Service Center did great job. More
