Last night was the second time we have purchased from them and we were happy to see that our previous salesperson, Fred Rivera was still doing what he does! Fred had the most pleasant personality you might ever see in a salesperson of any company! The first car we bought a couple of years ago was for my husband -who is fairly established when the time comes for necessary, important purchases but last night my adult daughter was the customer and you know how that situation can be sometimes 🙄😆. We were in a bind and she absolutely needed a car, but having more than one adult child, I have learned over the years, sometimes the hard way, that we cannot continue to fix their poor choices. Even knowing that the outcome may not have ended favorably for her, I entered the doors with great expectation because I KNEW that Fred and the entire Nimnicht team would treat us kindly, fairly, and respectfully, and even if she didn’t leave the dealership with her own car, there’s a great lesson in the complete car buying process so she still had only great things to gain from the experience. After we explained what we were looking for, Fred took the reigns and from there the outcome worked out better then we could have ever expected! My daughter drove away with a car, valuable financial lessons and information, insurance 101, 😆 and a new sense of gratitude. She learned patience, and I believe gained a little more confidence during this experience and confidence goes a long way when you have only your own finances to work with. She will value this purchase more than anything my husband and I have ever purchased or done for her because she now understands the power and importance of finances, credit, loyalty, and building bridges. That’s what Nimnicht is about-yes, selling cars obviously is the goal but the nature of their business from my experiences with them has always been more than that. They’re not just going to put you in something that will have you in worse shape down the line just to get a sale. I truly feel they care about each individual customer scenario, and treat them as such. My family will forever be loyal to Nimnicht Chevrolet and as long as Fred works there, he is my forever salesperson! Thank you Fred, and we also thank the entire team at Nimnicht! More

Best car buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I love my truck, I got exactly what I wanted! I saw that Cajun red 2500 HD and I was done no haggle and no pressure!
