Car still not fixed after 1 week in service and $4000 later! I bought a certified pre-owned car from Ferman BMW a few years ago and it has cost me at least $1000 every time I have taken my car in for inspection. I bought a certified pre-owned car from Ferman BMW a few years ago and it has cost me at least $1000 every time I have taken my car in for inspection. I'm not sure what "certified" means to them but this has certainly been the worst car I've ever owned. This last time the service department had my car for one week (6/23-6/30) and did multiple repairs that totaled over $4000. My car has less that 75,000 miles on it and Ferman had to replace the entire AC system, brakes, rotors, valve cover gasket, and 2 recalls... what???? I had a Camry with nearly 300,000 miles that didn't have anywhere near the number of repairs needed as this 328i. It's crazy! The first day after the repairs (7/1), I started the car and the service engine light came on. This is inexcusable! Now it appears I will have to take off of work and drive 40 minutes back to the dealership to see why this indicator light is coming on. I can't believe that after all the time they had my car, and the money I spent for them to fix it, that I'm still having problems. This is extremely aggravating and will cost ME more time and money to take off work to get my car fixed AGAIN! I am extremely stressed out over the entire situation! More

Service is okay. This is a good dealership, I would recommend to use for service. Although the staff seems well trained and the service seems to be good overall, I gav This is a good dealership, I would recommend to use for service. Although the staff seems well trained and the service seems to be good overall, I gave this 2 stars due to the lack of unavailable loaners for service, extensive rules on loaners which I did not experience at other BMW dealerships. I also noticed they do not give a loaner equivalent to the value of your car, which is what I was typically used to. The service itself that I received I woud say is average. I was told the car was driven and there was no alignment issue noticed from driving and that they would need to put it on the alignment machine to see if it truly has an alignment issue. I was used to a dealer straight up putting the car on the machine to evaluate the issue directly and show me proof of a computer document showing alignment numbers and balances. I guess here they won't check unless you decide to pay for an alignment. The car is still in original mfg warranty and I found the level of service offered to be a bit displeasing. I would not blame this on the employees, rather on the tactics of the dealership. The car is supposed to operate within mfg spec at least until the mfg warranty expires. What is very demeaning to me is that various dealerships i have been to are unable to detect the issue and they will drag you along until warranty expires so that it is no longer their concern. More
