My first NEW car experience I purchased a car Oct 2014 from Mark Thomas Ford for $7,000.00that up until yesterday I was still making payments on, it was used (2003 Lincoln LS) be I purchased a car Oct 2014 from Mark Thomas Ford for $7,000.00that up until yesterday I was still making payments on, it was used (2003 Lincoln LS) before I made the 3rd payment I had to put over $3,000.00 into the car and about another $7,500.00 by early 2017, I called them and they could care less about helping or doing anything about the lemon they sold me. I called Klaben Ford yesterday morning and talked to Mike Urbania about purchasing another used car because I thought that I would never be able to get a new car, Mike worked all day and called me early afternoon and told me I was approved for a 2017 Ford Fusion, needless to say I was over joyed to hear those words!!! Mike and Klaben Ford made buying a car a happy and wonderful experience, instead of a 3 year stressful one from my experience with Mark Thomas Ford, I can't thank them enough. I love my new car!!!!! More
