Their web site is easy to navigate, up to date and with pictures and specifications of their inventory I was able compare and refine my search for the perfect car before arriving. Modern technology, which they have mastered for their market, sure makes for an educated customer. Our time with Rich Cupp from the initial meeting,to the selection of the vehicle, to the very fair and pleasing trade in value, to the paperwork, to the final demonstration/ education of the new 2017 Escape, treated us with respect. Amazing people I don't even know where to begin. I have dealt with many dealerships in my life. So I will have to say Klaben definitely deserves to be the top dealer I don't even know where to begin. I have dealt with many dealerships in my life. So I will have to say Klaben definitely deserves to be the top dealership. I have never been treated like I was family. Mike Urbania ALWAYS puts his customers first. Mike I will have to say is the best I have ever dealt with buying a vehicle. If you tell him No! he says "ok" and never pressures you. He never gets angry when he finds you went somewhere else, that's because he always knows we will find our way back and see that he treats EVERYONE like his family. He don't care what you want he will find it. I have not got anything from him lately because my lease isn't up yet (will be next Aug 2018) but that doesn't stop him from already trying to find what the next lease will be. Today my daughter decided to trade her lease on a focus and get a Ford Escape. I just happened to be there because my son's girlfriends car needed her FREE oil change and car wash! so I went over to talk to him about her getting the one specific Escape she seen online. So while she was working he and I got everything gathered and taken care of without her even being there (that's because our whole family trust Mike to get it done). So when my daughter got done working all she had to do was sign and leave, because he knows how important time is to everyone. so when I came back up to see her sign for her first ever lease all on her own, when I pulled in, it was already sitting out front all cleaned and a full tank. All she had to do was sign the papers with our favorite finance guy who is always makes sure he goes over EVERYTHING and answers ANY questions we may have. These two guys make the buying a car so enjoyable I wish I had more money to buy more cars just to see EVERYONE there. They are all so kind and helpful. So I am glad I have kids that all have leases due at all different times so I can come and see them when they need there next. Also glad my husband and I will have to say we both have a car and motorcycle addiction that they have filled more ways then one. We got a GREAT deal on a Harley Davidson.... YES A HARLEY!!! we love that bike. If I am over in service Mike will ALWAYS come and say hello and ask how we all are and remembers every ones name. I can't say enough good about this place. NO ONE there has EVER did us wrong, and I thank each and every one of you for treating us like you do. Every one at Klaben reassures me that there are still good people in this world and don't just do it for your money. I have stopped numerous times and bought nothing and they still treat me the same as if I was buying something. So that is why I am writing this report, because you will not get treated like you do here, like FAMILY!!! More
