Been buying with Mike Urbania for 30 years! MIKE URBANIA. As soon as I was ready to buy a new car for my 81-year-old mother, I called Mike. We were able to narrow the ideal vehicle during a few MIKE URBANIA. As soon as I was ready to buy a new car for my 81-year-old mother, I called Mike. We were able to narrow the ideal vehicle during a few discussions by phone. Within a few days of determining Mom's ideal car...including interior and exterior colors, Mike had located a beauty. Mom and I arrived at the dealership where everyone was friendly, and Mike greeted Mom like an old friend. (She had also purchased a car from him in 2001). The car was perfect, just washed...a beautiful Fusion Titanium, a deep merlot with a champagne interior (our description). Mike told us to take our time as we drove around the block stopping for lunch to discuss the car. Mom sat were she could keep an eye on her new car. She was so cute. So, I signed the papers (which don't take long any more) and we drove her car home. Mike made everything easy as pie. Mom is unsteady on her feet, Mike maneuvered cars so that she did not have to walk much. He is so sweet. We have never felt pressured to purchase. I've bought at least 5 cars through Mike. He's my guy! More
