Best dealer experience I've ever had This was my 5th new vehicle purchase in 15 years and by far my best experience. I was buying a Focus RS which is a pretty sought after car at the mom This was my 5th new vehicle purchase in 15 years and by far my best experience. I was buying a Focus RS which is a pretty sought after car at the moment. I had emailed or called at least thirty dealerships within 250 miles and all wanted over sticker and wouldn't let me test drive it. Jim at Klaben in Warren was the exact opposite. They were not asking an ADM (Additional Dealer Markup) and mentioned more than once that their goal was to cultivate long-term relationships with local buyers. Furthermore, before I even asked to test drive the car (and was expecting a no), Jim Valesky asked me if I wanted to take it for a ride. It really made me feel comfortable pulling the trigger on trading my 2012 Raptor. Speaking of my Raptor, Mike Klaben approved a more than fair trade-in price. I've never met a nicer guy that runs a dealership. I also appreciate Nick Papantonakis getting me through the finance department in under 15 minutes. I'm not one to buy warranties or undercoatings, etc. And Nick was professional about this, giving me no pressure at all. Thanks everyone at Klaben Ford of Warren, I will definitely be back in the future to buy a new Raptor or more likely a GT350. -Josh More
