FROM TH THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE AT KLABEN FORD WARREN OHIO. WE HAVE NEVER BEFORE BEEN TREATED LIKE WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE DEALERSHIP. FROM THE THE TIME WE WENTTHROUGH THE FRONT DOOR WE WERE GREATED BY THREE PEOPLE WITH A SMILE ON THERE FACES. WE TOLD THEM WHAT WE WANTED AND NICK (CANNOT SPELL HIS LAST NAME) FINANCE MANAGER WAS SO NICE AND HELLPFUL TO US. HE TOOK US TO MATTHEW COXSON SALESMAN. WHAT A WONDERFUL PERSON. HE ASKED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. TOOK US TO THE FOCUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. HE LET US TAKE THE CAR FOR A RIDE WITH HIM. I LOVED IT. WE BOUGHT IT AND JUST PICKED IT UP TODAY. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE OWNER MIKE KLABEN FOR COMING UP TO US. WE TOLD HIM HOW MUCH WE COULD AFFORD. I HAVE NEVER HAD A DEALERSHIP OWNER COME TO US AND WORKED EVERYTHING OUT. WHAT WONDERFUL MAN AND SAID HE WANTED TO HELP US. WHICH HE DID. I HAVE ALREADY TOLD FIVE PEOPLE TO GO TO THE KLABEN FORD IF YOU WANT A CAR. EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING HAD A SMILE ON THEIR FACES AND SAID HELLO. THE DEALERSHIP WAS SPOTLESS. NO MATTER WHERE YOU WENT TO THE SERVICE DEPT. TO PARTS DEPT. IT WAS SO CLEAN. YOU HAVE ONE OF THE BEST DEALERSHIPS AND SHOULD GIVE THEM A GOLD STAR.. THIS IS A A+ DEALERSHIP AND WE ARE SO HAPPY TO BE A PART OF THE KLABEN FAMILY. THANK YOU MR KLABEN FOR EVERTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR US.... More

I was pretty nervous coming in since I don't know anything about cars but Jim, Michael, and Nick really went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable with my purchase. Jim even came out to the car with me when my paperwork was done to help me sync my phone to the cars speaker system. Amazing experience. More

He did not pressure me at all and let me test drive several cars before making a decision. He also was super available and reached out on his private cell phone to make sure I had insurance and all the paper work I needed. He was very helpful. Nick was also very pleasant and was more than willing to answer all of my questions as a first time car buyer. More
