The experience started out good until the sales game began. Upon seeing the vehicle I liked, the GMC website told me that specific vehicle based on the vin number had a final sales price at $58,800. Our began. Upon seeing the vehicle I liked, the GMC website told me that specific vehicle based on the vin number had a final sales price at $58,800. Our sales person Jonathan Told us the price was $76,000 but he would talk to his bosses on my behalf. It then felt like the game show Deal or No Deal, where Jonathan would talk to unseen people behind a dark window and come back with more and more offers. He came back and stated that his bosses were going to give me a great amazing deal and the vehicle would be $58,800. Which was the price advertised on the website, why did it have to be presented as a great, amazing deal? That’s the price. Then the trade in value for my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe that was also purchased at Mark Christopher, was only to be $13,800. Jonathan said it was due to high mileage (92,000) and a bad transmission. The rebuilt transmission I had installed last month has a 100,000 GM warranty on it and the service team at Mark Christopher said there wasn’t anything wrong with the transmission. I told them my wife would be leaving work and joining the negotiations. I uploaded photos of the Tahoe and answered questions on Kelley Blue Book website and requested a quote. The quote came back at $28,528. An auto dealership called and said they were willing to purchase our Tahoe for that price and emailed us an offer. My wife told Jonathan that she had concerns with the 6.9 APR and the trade in value they were offering us. An unnamed gentleman came down and argued with my wife about those issues then went back to the dark windowed room. Jonathan than lowered the APR to 4.9 and offered $24,000 for trade in of the Tahoe. We decided to put cash down on the Sierra without trading in the Tahoe. We really enjoy the vehicle so far, but the cat and mouse sales soured us on the purchase. We would have appreciated more transparency. More

Dealership folks are very friendly and supportive. Overall we are satisfied with our purchase. There was an issue that had to be resolved with front headlight LED trim which went into shop and got rep Overall we are satisfied with our purchase. I was a little disappointed about the delay in getting the car in because I had an appointment, but also they kept me there for 4.5 hours to repair it. Overall, again, we are satisfied with purchase and are hoping that our new Buick will be a good car for our family for many years to come. More
